How does that old saying about hindsight being 20/20 apply to your love life? How many of your sexual experiences would you take back if you could? Maybe if you could change the number of people you've kissed, or slept with, or given your heart? Mine is four, mostly because, as it turns out, there was nothing special or memorable or interesting about the moments. @NoMattJames

Let's not mince words....all of it. Seriously awkward encounters. “Shaking the hand of the Governor of Love,” is not only easier & more satisfying, but no one is disappointed or thinks they're stuck in an after school special if things go south. I'd be better at learning Portuguese under water.

My life would have been significantly different if I could take back one experience for sure, but it was a huge part of forming who I was dealing with the aftermath.

I don't know if I would regret any. My first time was with someone I thought I would be with for far longer than we were. I think back to it as a regret, but now maybe I look back to it as more of a learning experience.

At the risk of sounding horribly, painfully cliché, I can honestly say I don't regret any of it because at that exact moment in time it was precisely what I wanted. If I were to change anything, I would just want...MOAR SECKS.

None... I knew the first time was going to be crap, I expected it to be crap and looked at it as simply something that had to be done and got out of the way so I could move on to better experiences... it really boggles my mind that people put so much importance on "the first time". Most "first time"s of anything suck... for obvious reasons, you're a beginner, you have no idea what you're doing, and no skill. First time driving sucks, first time cooking something usually sucks, first time doing anything you usually suck at it and the only excitement and consolation is "hey you did it!"... Why do people not think of sex like this? And up until I met my husband I kept my sex life and my love life separate. If anything I regret not having more sex... and I really regret not smoking more pot when I was a teenager.

I think ALL life experiences, bad and good, help to define who we are. We learn from them, they become part of our growth and development. For that reason I wouldn't "un-do" any of my sexual experiences. I certainly wasn't impressed by a couple of them and I almost felt violated by one, but un-do them, no.
