I was born and raised in Brooklyn and I am a Mother of one son, David. I enjoy Independent films and Classic Rock music. I love going to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I'm a collector of Ancient Roman, Greek and Egyptian antiquities. I'm happy to be here and looking forward to jumping in and be a part of this great community. :)
"C'est cela l'amour, tout donner, tout sacrifier sans espoir de retour." some cool quotes i like, im a peaceable person to talk to, i have a huge sense of humor i love alt music like: muse, five for fighting , john frusciante, the civil wars, blues traveller, random stuff and my current favorite book is "i hope they serve beer in hell", and im also a history/literature nerd
Received undergraduate education in American Literature and graduate education with emphasis in the Humanities and African American Literature. I'm just trying to find meaning in what seems to be a meaningless world. I find the obsessant materialism, greed, and narcissism in our great country to be deplorable. I tend to be a self-appointed critic but I also endeavor to be self-effacing. And when I'm wrong, I'll freely admit it. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors at our lease, and enjoying family and friends. Life is short: Live hard.
my name is jeremy. i sometimes make music under the guise of 'dress up like a hooker, i'll be charlie sheen' (aka. dulahibcs). i also put time into whatever it is that Hi-Five for Lo-Fi Records currently is and is growing up into.
sometimes i think more than i talk, but i'm trying to get to the point where I think as I talk.
"To be a Bahá'í simply means to love all the world; to love humanity and try to serve it; to work for universal peace and universal brotherhood."
"Divine things are too deep to be expressed by common words. The heavenly teachings are expressed in parable in order to be understood and preserved for ages to come. When the spiritually minded dive deeply into the ocean of their meaning they bring to the surface the pearls of their inner significance. There is no greater pleasure than to study God's Word with a spiritual mind." Abdu’l-Bahá
