Reading Deepak Chopra, dancing, skiing, watching my son smile, meeting new people, trivia, hearing my mom and sisters laugh. I'm a spiritual person but shy away from organized religion. A firm believer that there is no way to grow without hurt. Cherish broken hearts and feeling uncomfortable, it means your alive. Staying present as much as possible so I dont miss a thing.
