I am a therapist with kids, teens and adults. I use expressive therapies like art and play with a spiritual focus. I am a journeyer and spend a month in the rainforest every year. Save the rainforest!

I am a mom, a Nana, a dog lover & music lover. I turned 40 this year & realized I lost out on a lot of opportunities in my life, so I'm going to do some things that I've always wanted to do...starting with learning how to play the guitar when I can afford one....(I have to buy a car first). I'm probably not gonna be any Linda Perry, but she's been an inspiration for me to just go for it.
