I live in Palm Springs, CA with my husband, Brian Newberry—a vidographer--and our cat, Gato. I write, I walk, I cook, I read, I think. I try to see things on several levels: the way they are, the way I'd like them to be, the way others may see them, the way the universe created them.

I'm a poet and novelist. My most recent books are: Late Night Radio (due out in October) and Perhaps You Could Breathe For Me.

I call the earth and the universe home
