I'm thought-full; I spend a lot of time thinking and ruminating. Although this is, in many ways, a good thing, I tend to worry about things I can't control or will never know. I think that's why reading and writing are so important to me - expressing my thoughts on paper and reading the expressions of other guilty ruminators allows me to revel in and sometimes let go of the questions. Cheesy, but true.
