I`m a doctor of medicine, used to be a pediatrician, and I am a psychoanalysis buff. I have studied personality disorders extensively. I am interested in people`s character, their behavior, and the why of it all. I`ve figured out a lot for myself during my own long term psychoanalysis, but am always eager to learn more about the world and the people in it. Different views are stimulating, when they are not abusive. After psychoanalysis, I have found that I am more tolerant of some things, and less tolerant of others.
I love my life.
I am 28 and have so far lived a life I could not imagine being more interesting and I hope it stays that way.
I was raised as a Roman-Catholic but lapsed at the age of 12 because I found the whole business utterly unconvincing and have evolved into an atheist.
I am currently pursuing/living my dream of leading the most useful/significant/worthwhile life I am capable of.
To that end, I have entered the field of molecular immunology as a research scientist.
Hey! I'm Wesley, and I like to drum. I'm a Christian, specifically a United Methodist, but I joined this site so I could be with people outside of that faith, but are still intelligent and have something to offer. I love Scrubs and, of course, the Office. One day, I'm hoping to become a writer full-time. In fact, I already have a book that I want to get bound. Anyway, talk to me! I look forward to hearing it, no matter who you are.
semi retired costume designer, artist, seamstress, quilter, writer, reader, nurse, student. I don't know everything, but I know quite a bit, and what I don't know, I certainly willing to look up and learn. I wasn't born yesterday. yes, indeedy, I can be very opinionated. and I don't apologize for a minute. I highly respect others right to thier own opinions.
