Absolutely! Crying releases toxins and helps you feel better. It is harmful to hold those tears in. Let them out and share them with those you love.

I cry all the time. haha not in I don't go a day without crying, but I cry when I'm hurt, sad, disappointed, angry, even happy! Crying is my way of relieving emotion. I'm not weak. I'm not a baby. I just cry.

No. You are weak. Grow a backbone. I'm kidding, of course. Crying is a natural response to grief, sadness, and even joy. If you cry over smaller things, you might have a problem. It's very subjective.
