To me fear is a cold pain between my stomach and spine, anger a heat from my lower esophagus to my chin, happiness is a slight warmth behind the ears so its easy to miss if you don't look for it, courage is a stiff feeling just under the chest muscles and shoulders.

For me FEAR is a dog that you feed. Anger is cancer that eat you up little by little and then the only person destroyed is you. Happiness is a force within you that fills you up and can be seen for many and it's contagious and inspiring. Courage comes when is nothing left and you see that you can do it..
