being raised catholic, i remember hearing this one lots: "god helps those who help themselves." sometimes it's on you to be strong for a moment. things look up eventually.

Angels are in a realm that we cannot physically see (most of the time); however, we know they are there because of thier comfort and guidance. As a child when I was still innocent and fearless I saw an angel so tall that I could not see its face or head. The wings and body image where very real and very present. As an adult I had a spiritual awakening that was as real as being in the flesh. It was not a vision or a dream. It was an outer body experience and another angel appeared to me with a clairvoyant message. Angels are closer than we think. Just becasue they only reveal themselves at certauin times doesn't mean they aren't there. The spiritual world is much closer than our mortal minds can imagine. We just have to believe.

I know that God's Angels are around us. I had a friend, Mark, who got home from school and his mom and dad were sitting at the table. Turns out, his mom had breast cancer. He was having trouble dealing with it, and so that night he looked out his window, and saw two Angels guarding his house. Mark called his pastor, and eventually, they found it was a sign from God, that nothing He didn't plan could ever hurt them. And there is another person, I don't know him personally but some people in the church do, who was recently in a bad motorcycle accident, and he swears that he saw Angels watching over him and comforting him.

Gods Angels are around us, constantly protecting or comforting us, but it is not them we need to rely on, it is God himself. There used to be nights when I would cry, there were times when I was afraid, but I feel as though it wasn't the Angels comforting me, it was God himself, because the God I believe in is the God who is everywhere, who comfort those who are righteous.
About the Guardian Angel, in Psalm 91:11, the Bible says-
For He will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

If you are struggling, maybe you should talk to a local pastor, or even talk to your family.
Just keep in mind, God loves you, he sent his Son to die for you, and ANYTHING that happens is all part of his plan for you.

I believe in angels, but I see them more as a parent figure. Sure parents love you and want the best for you, but they are going to let you learn from your mistakes. It is often hard to believe in things like angels and God, but that is why it is called belief, because it is not always seen or felt, it's just there.

No. Angels don't exist. Or tell me where all the 'guardian angels' of all these people who have suffered horrible accidents etc were? Taking a nap?

Yes they are there, someone is always watching over us, I can feel mine they are awesome you best assets brought out in you, are in them. I meet this lady once she told me about them and I always knew they were there but she described them just as I knew them, they are there especially when you don't feel them there.

Look, I know you're going through a tough time and you're looking for some comfort to get you through it, but myths and fairy tales aren't the place to find that comfort. Look for support in the things you know exist - your friends, your family. Things that exist are far more likely to be able to help you through this.

I don't believe in any being in the sky, or the ground, but it's incredibly obnoxious to believe that I'm important to enough to need guarding. I don't. No one does.

I don't think there's any harm in believing you have a gaurdian angel. But I do think that when an angel choses to be by your side, you know it. I don't know who my angel is, but I feel them with me, they've protected my life from unbelievable situations i've gotten myself into, and strangely.. I don't thank them enough. But I'll start right now.

As far as guardian angels go, a lot of them seem to be pretty terrible at their jobs, considering all of the people who die from killing and freak accidents daily.

Going off of feelings isn't very advisable. Feelings are too fickle and can change from hour to hour, or minute to minute. Check Jesus' teachings; those are what can best let you know how God interacts with us today.

I like to think that power animals are around us and we have different ones depending on what we are going through at the moment. Really clear your mind, for like 10 minutes, and the first animal that pops into your head is your power animal, so they say. Think about the characteristics of that animal and how that might relate to your situation or how you might emulate some of them to help you through it.
