Tahdigh. I cook rice and set aside to cool. I mix one egg in one cup of cooled rice. I heavily butter my frypan. Then spresd the egg/rice mixture in the bottom of the pan and press it down. Throw the rest of the rice on top and put it back on the stove cooking with a low flame and moving that pan so that it browns the bottom evenly, and warms up the top rice. I peek at the edges and when the bottom rice is golden brown, I turn it out into a plate. That golden crust is called tahdigh. (pronounced: Tah deeg.)

"The Thing that has no name" It is a flat bread pizza with Cream Cheese, Spinach Pesto, and Caramelized onions. It is so amazing that we just had no name for it. :) Now all my friends ask when coming over "Hey are you making "The thing that has no name'?

I memorized this one recipe from the show Zoom. Let's just name it Mushy Goodness.
Cut up some bananas, squish them down with the tips of a fork till it's all mushy. Then add a big spoonful of penut butter and about 5 tablespoons of honey. Stir it all up and put it on bread. Yum.

i just make 'em and try not to ruin 'em. sometimes they have names. i'm trying to think of the most greatest tastiest one i've done...but it's been awhile....i need to start "cookin" again.

What is the NAME? I've got plenty of delicious recipes, but none of them have a special name. However, I do occasionally personalize them by calling them Bubba's, like "Bubba's Apple Pie" for example.

I can make a mean gumbo and jambalaya served with jalapeno cornbread and salad. Also, best when served with a nice tall cool Hurricane! (The drink, not the natural disaster)
