Wow. When I saw this thread by you I thought "Finally a topic that doesnt include huge hostilities and aggressions."
And then I read the very last line- and once again there was the word "hate"- this time towards self.
I write this because I just want to bring it to your attention. This is actually a very friendly thread and I think thats good for you- to be friendly, to make friends. Just food for thought. Your real aggressions should be addressed to those who abused you as a child and not random people. And when we behave in an aggressive way- even when subconsciously- even when only with body language and not so many words- people will REact with hostility towards you and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
