I compensate less and less. I don't think I believe in doing something that wants counteracting, I'd rather start with the balanced act.
My whole life has become the excruciating (I'm in a negative mood right now) act of restoring damage done to my body in the past. Guess I didn't used to counteract enough.

This week's dessert is a slice of cheesecake with fresh peaches and caramel sauce (no, no, no, I tell myself, the entire cheesecake does Not equal one slice........ DAMN).

I'm planning on baking a bunch of stuff and freezing it for my family due to my future absence.

I live half the month in my home in California and the other half of the month at my partner's house in Arizona. Compensating for the fact that we live 368 miles away from one another.
