I don't think that there is "bad" art, really. Just art I don't understand or like. I happen to love that pic you put up. Parody, homage, mashup, whatever you call it, I love Leonard Nimoy and Andy Warhol, so this just makes me happy. The song isn't a favorite, because I just don't care for that genre of music. But, I liked the video.

I think most real artists would find Gloria Vanderbilt's work insulting. Some celebrities just go into art thinking "oh it will be easy and a nice way to make money". It's not even that their work is so terrible that's offensive, it's that they don't seem to have much knowledge about art history or a respect for the craft. If you were to ask Vanderbilt who her inspirations were, who do you think she could name?
