I'd issue a few directives (in a way noone could refuse) about being kinder to one another and to the planet.

Kill all of the really really bad christians that are hypocrites. Then I would kill all the atheists that are arrogant and mean and ugly, turn them into trees, have a lumberjack cut them down with the big axe, drag them through the mud and turn them into sawdust, send them to the printing press and turn them into bibles. Then I would kill all of the bad Muslims that oppress their women and hurt their children. Destroyed the Buddhist temples since they wouldn't let women in until American and European women started showing up with money. Then kill everybody else that doesn't want to cooperate with world peace. But I wouldn't harm children or good people.
