Wrong man was executed in Texas, probe says

He was the spitting image of the killer, had the same first name and was near the scene of the crime at the fateful hour: Carlos DeLuna paid the ultimate price and was executed in place of someone else in Texas in 1989, a report out Tuesday found.

Regardless of your moral position on the death penalty, is the perpetually foible-d criminal justice system good reason to oppose taking a life for a life? For myself, yes. I do not trust the legal system as far as I can throw it.

No government should have the power of life or death over it's citizens. One of the reasons would be this. For the record, I still think Arizona is a shittier state than Texas.

And not a single f*ck was given on that day.

I sleep well at night knowing that if any of you decide to come murder me, Texas will kill you back.

Did Texas learn nothing from watching Illinois??????? there's no excuse for this! I support The Innocence Project and there's been a lot of work on Texas cases:
