Finished Shows: The Simpsons (Seasons 2-10 are probably the greatest thing ever), The Wire, Arrested Development (coming back so not technically finished), Party Down, Dinosaurs, LOST (but the ending sucked so much that it seriously diminished its legacy)

Oh, and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, although I've got to admit that it's lost some of its wonderment for me.

I'm pretty hooked into the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. I think the only things that I regularly don't miss if I can help it are Community and Doctor Who.

I finally caught up with all the UK Torchwood episodes--the best was Children of Earth (season 3)--what would we choose to do if aliens arrived and demanded 10% of our kids worldwide? Worth watching that season alone for observing how they handle the ethics.

Love USA's In Plain Sight--sad it's ending--here's a snippet from a Mary voiceover at the end of a recent episode:
They’ll hit you, the storms, knock you off your moorings and send you overboard, desperate for anything to hold onto, to reel you up toward some semblance of peace. But life I find is often more about the storms than the peace they seek to overwhelm. They lurk, ready, any minute now, to shake things up and take your breath away.
I will follow those writers--to their next shows--the Mary voiceovers were that good.

Finished Friday Night Lights recently. Unbelievable show, really well cast and the dialogue and small attention to detail are brilliant. It depends on mood though, theres actually a ridiculous amount of good tv series out there
