Soul Pancake's Technical Support - anyone used it?
Myself and at least a few others were inadvertently (at least I hope it was inadvertent) banished from Soul Pancake - SP did some upgrades and since then a number of us were unable to use the site. I sent emails to tech support a couple of weeks ago and received no response.
In short, SP is not compatible with some versions of Internet Explorer. Send, Compose, Like and most other features no longer respond or work. The only way I can type this is because I installed Firefox and am using that solely for SP. So if you're wondering where some of the members are, they can't access the site.
Have any of you ever gotten a reply from Tech Support? Have any of you used it?
