That looks nice. I sure dont do it like that. My therapist has been pushing me for a while to do some candles, bubbles, etc and relax for a while. but as a single mom dealing with alot of stressors, one being a kiddo with autism and another was by abuser getting out of prison goin fugitive for a few days, to fallen and getting hurt on my slumlord property, juz makes me wanna jump in and out and get on the pc to research or be depressed to bed. I am gonna try to work more on self care and reflection though. I encourage everyone else to do it but me.

Pretty much just like that picture. Add tons of tea lights, enough lavender/sandlewood bath salts, and Handel's The Water Music. I think I'll go do one now.
