Mike, I was curious how a Canadian could depend on ceviche for life support. So I googled it, and realized you pretty much in Greater Vancouver. So I suppose you could sneak into the cruise ships's kitchens and steal 5 or 6 gallons as you needed it. It would be easier, I would think, than having a ceviche jones say, north of Calgary. Let me know if I should worry about you. :-)

I am very fond of pork. And I am not offended by chicken. Anybody who wants my share of the beef of the world can send me a message, and we'll arrange the transfer. Except for corned beef or pastrami. (Those taste more like pork. But deli meats is a tricky category.)
