I'm completely terrified of using the use of my arms. I used to think it was claustrophobia because I would be afraid in small places, but I realized later it had more to do with how restrained my arms usage was.

I'm afraid of my cat slitting my throat in my sleep.
I have nightmares about certain video game enemies (Fable 2's Banshees, Twilight Princess's "hand")
I'm afraid of being intently followed. Like, some guy is trying to kill me, and he has like infinite energy and is walking at normal pace. WTF are you supposed to do?
I'm also afraid that I'm on my own version of "The Truman Show". Constantly filmed and everyone in my life is an actor. If so, you guys are dicks. I hate you all.

What if someone (like me) doesn't have a phobia? I get scared of things (like leeches and barracudas because of Finding Nemo), but I don't have an irrational fear. Is it possible that people don't have them?

Trains. Or rather, metros. For some reason I'm just scared to death of falling onto the tracks and not being able to get off before the train comes towards me when BAM. A dead me. And that's my irrational fear.

My most irrational fear is definitely cotton balls! I can't stand the sight of them, the weird silent sound they make when pulled apart, or the feeling of one in my hand. Even typing this is giving me goosebumps. There are definitely other people who have this fear, though. It was even on the Maury show! :)

I hate clowns and mascots! And I hated going to birthday parties because of them (such a sad childhood…). When I knew they were coming out to dance with the kids, I’d eat my food really fast then hide myself somewhere. I remember when I was in the sixth grade and there was some sort of program in the school gym. Barney the purple dinosaur popped out of nowhere and started going around, and well, I cried. It was soo embarrassing because I was already twelve then, and I was probably too old to be crying over something like that.

I am seventeen and still afraid of clowns. I keep thinking clowns kidnap kids and then kill them after.

I despise spiders. Cockroaches are a close second. I'm fine with spiders provided they're outside where they belong. But the minute they come into my house, I will kill them on sight. Cockroaches have to die regardless of where they are - inside or outside.

Lizards and cockroaches. I once got scolded because of screaming like a mad woman in front of a cockroach. Too noisy. Haha

Snakes and mountain lions, but they really do live very nearby. I would never go into the snake house at the zoo. I will avoid the Florida Everglades, because they are overrun with pythons.

Falling down a flight of stairs! I am deathly afraid for some reason so I always grip railings with every ounce of my being.

My irrational fear would be the fear of death or dying. I say this because everything on this planet is time-bound and passing, change, and death is inevitable. Like Renzo Gracie said, "The only guarantee once we are born is death, everything in between is negotiable."

I have been afraid of chickens, ducks and any other bird for that matter. They creep me out and I cannot explain why I'd rather be face to face with a black bear than touch a chicken.

I live in constant fear of almost everything. But I'd say that my most irrational fear is of sharks. I cry even just seeing a picture of one. And I live in Ohio, so it's not like those are things I need to worry about on a daily basis. :/

I already finished beating the crap out of all of my irrational fears.

I used to be afraid of mushrooms, the dark, deep water, tight spaces, flushing the toilet and whatever was under my bed at night. I never had all of these at the same time, but yeah I was a weird kid.

My irrational fear is of swimming in lakes. It's because of leeches. They swim up, attach to you, and proceed to suck out blood through your skin. Talk about ca-reepy! Was there just no other way to feed these creatures? I mean, really... it's almost rude. And they got some leeches out there are the stuff of nightmares. Believe that. [=

Oh. Also, I once stepped right through a dead animal—on the lake-shore, submerged about eight inches below the surface. Sooo gross.

Currently I have this fear that on my way to classes I'm going to be attacked by one of many black squirrels roaming campus. They just stare at you. It's as if they're waiting to attack you. :P
