Go to the supermarket , purchase some items , use your debit card and wait for the flash on the screen that says " approved " !
( it always makes me feel better that I am approved ! )

Force yourself to smile, remember things (vividly) that make you laugh.

Just say 'I'm over it' to yourself and then think of ways that the current situation causing dissatisfaction will actually be beneficial over time.

When you look for the silver lining the whole freaking cloud starts glowing.
