frequently. But conversely I also tend to be hyper critical of those performing artists who do the same things I do. I am usually blown away by the women.

Whenever I listen to radio, or see a good comedy act, I get the urge to try it all over again. Then reality sets in, lol. After seeing a good live show of one of my favorite band, I often will "rediscover" their work and end up sitting down trying to play their tunes on one of my 5 guitars, and that usually leads me to improving and just making up stuff. it re-energizes me.

Boredom usually... I get bored so I look for something to do. I prefer to do things that are meaningful so when I run out of boring chores I look for problems, either real or perceived and then fix them. For instance one of my largest creations was a captain's bed (bed frame with drawers built into it) that can be moved by a single person through narrow hallways and awkward floor plans with relative ease. The reason I built patio furniture was because I needed a place to set my ash tray when I go outside to smoke.
