Well, I happen to be in an awful mood right now and "Parachute" by Train is helping. Music always does it for me, just has to be the right artist or song for that particular day's off mood. And I'll play the same album or song over and over until I feel I've had enough musical therapy.

Oprah's Life class, Master class, or Super Soul Sunday! Bruce Almighty, or other comedy with an uplifting message. Pretty much will always brighten me up and force me to laugh-out-loud ...Craig Ferguson and Geoff from the Late, Late Show. What a hoot! Balls!

I normally play Angry Birds right when I wake up. I like to start the day with silly lightness!

Thanks everyone! I loved reading all of these! I'll have to try some of them myself. And of course, entertainment like watching television is not the ONLY thing I use to cheer myself up. There are tons of other ways such as spending time with my girlfriend, drinking with friends, playing with dogs, reading, and just being kind to others. But a lot of times it does help to escape to an alternate world like that.
