finding a way to communicate with people who cant understand me makes my life so much more entertaining sometimes i forget someone might just not understand english and ill talk real loud as if they are deaf ;)

I think a Persian accent is cute.
Ever since I was a little girl my late husband used to correct me when I said I was "ascared" of something. He would say, "You mean you are frightened of it. Or you are scared." This went on for 50 years of our relationship. He would say that no one is "ascared" because it is not a word.
Then one day my Persian friend was telling a story of a time when she was frightened and she said, "I was so e'scared." I was so happy to hear that. I said to my husband, "See? E'scared. Azar was e'scared."
With his palm to face --- he resigned to stop correcting me.

If I think it was misunderstood because someone wasn't paying attention, I delay and only give them hints if it is necessary. Most of the time people's brains catch up and after a short pause realize that they did hear/understand.

Otherwise, it just depends on the importance of the communication, if it wasn't something important, I will just move on to something else.

I am very patient, but when they lie and say, "Yes, I speak English." And they clearly don't is a waste of time. Otherwise, I will work with anyone through miming or pointing or whatever.
