no. like i said in another section, those are just ways to release our emotions. why would being yourself, be bad? thats my question.

A lot of America rejects diversity, but there are many others who embrace it, and it makes them a better well-rounded human being. Then you have the what geostigma calls the "posers" who would rather try to be other people just to fit into society. I, myself have always stayed away from the trends that others flock to. I just like to be me.

We all conform to some group or another(especially non-conformists. You can pick them out in a crowd like puns in a Mel Brooks movie) But it's unavoidable, humans naturally think in terms of categories and patterns. As for dance, used to be the most common form of social interaction, so while I may be underwhelmed by the direction MTV has gone with their dancing competition thingies (let me guess, they're going to do some URBAN dancing for this series?), I can't sleight them for acknowledging a very universal form of communication.
