Who Is The Last Person You Judged?

“Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” // Carl Jung

Some days, I'm full of empathy and understanding, easily rationalizing and reasoning away the behavior of myself and others. I know its a tough world out there, and I'm happy to dole out leeway in inches and yards. But sometimes I can't even get through the morning without a full psychological tear-down and character demolition of someone--often anyone--who has slighted in the slightest. I think you learn a lot about yourself by judging other people: your values, your tolerances, your intolerance. And you know what? You can learn a lot about other people, too. Sure, the unexamined life is not worth living, but I'll do Socrates one more and say its not worth living without examining the lives of others, as well.

Who is the last person you've passed judgement on, and what did your arbitration teach you?
