I want my talents to take me towards some bestselling novels that get a point across. I don't simply want fame and recognition, I just want to shake things up and tell the world, "WAKE UP, PEOPLE!". And I want people to see in me someone other than the quiet girl in the middle of the classroom, studiously taking notes with a dead look on her face. Plus, it seems like the natural thing to do for me.

To look outside of the box. The everyday stress of work can make me feel like I have nothing left-that there's no room for creativity. However, when I connect with people I find that I am at my best and to me that's most creative, I have a friend and we both worked together in an office. We started to write collaborative short stories. It helped me feel like myself again.

I would really like my creative talents to take me straight to a career in political journalism and photography. To me the coolest thing would be able to travel and write about different political systems. In turn being able to educate Americans about the vast society beyond "america". Moreover, I want to be able to continue my artistic mind in a fields I love; art, journalism, and politics. I am geeked to begin my persuite of this at New York University....

Simply put, I make people feel involved and that they are somebody. That might sounds like a load of BS, but in my profession I have to be an extreme "people person". And after years of getting up ion front of crowds of people to train them on the products my company sells, I now have the uncanny ability to walk into a room, get to know everyone in that room, pretty much befriend everyone, from this introduce people to other people and be everyone's best friend. It sometimes scares the people I hang out with........

I already stated on an another question like this "what fuels your creativity?" that the source of my creativity comes from CHAOS, therefore I really don't have to anything, but I rather enjoy writing. I hope one day for it to take me places but if it does not, then I will be the most creative Tesco employee in world I assure you.

That is a very good question!! I have been trying to discover it for years and I decided recently to stop looking and it appeared....as me!! I finally realized that to be creative doesn't mean it has to be attached to art, music or photography, it can be me living my life creatively! It is amazing once you stopped trying so hard to find something it just appears. I'm grateful for my creative soul.

I like to make people laugh. I have wanted to do standup for a few months now, and its just to the point of writing a bit. I have been making people laugh for years now, it may very well be courtesy laughs. The only thing holding me back is fear. I don't want to completely bomb, but it may be the whole experience of it. But its so much fun just to get a reaction from people, being in the navy for the past 4 years i have tons of material. I think when I am officially out of the navy i will actually write up a bit, and goto a open mic night at a local comedy club, and see my reaction.

I love painting and when I decided this year was going to be THE year for me (last year = worst year of my life), I have started doing more art than ever, and actually started selling alot of it and started getting more jobs (portraits, pet pics, horror movie paintings - my personal favorite thing to paint. hehe) and it is slowly starting to build. But seeing people's reactions to what I have made (I think I am pretty good, but not 'amazing' - however, art is subjective, so it's up to the viewer, obviously) inspires me to make more, and to be better. And seeing my girlfriend do art and create also inspires me. Infact just seeing any other art I really like, anything from awesome comic book art to gallery paintings, really inspires me to create. And I think that is the strength behind creativity. Inspiration.

My creative strength is not being afraid to jump into something I've never tried before. I guess that means I'm fearless. I'm actually fearful of many things, but my creativity is not one of them, which I guess is why I've made a living out of designing things. I am not afraid to start with a concept and follow through on nothing but what's inside my head, even if it turns out to be a total failure. In fact, I love when I fail. It means when I try it again it'll be better. Another notch on my belt, something experienced, something to try later when I have the hankering to tackle it. Being unafraid of failing can turn mistakes into happy mistakes. Being able to see the flaws in a handpainted sign when you look at it with your eyeball 2 inches from the fresh paint. Letting the bleach bleed a little when you stencil a t-shirt. Embracing imperfections and understanding that they are human, personal, and beautiful.

My creative strength is to be able to take other people's already made ideas about things, let's say music for instance, and change it around. I have always been really good about letting those who influence me do so, and really create something else out of it. Of course it is great to create something brand new, but in terms of music, it has most likely already been done.

@jleigh355 I am sure you have something that you are good at. Even if it is something you don't think is terrible impressive. I am really good with kids, but I don't want to be a teacher. But maybe one day I will be lead to do that. My concentration right now is on art and the history of art. Maybe one day they can all be joined together, to create an amazing career opportunity. I am also really into photography, and I am trying to make more time to create more pictures.

I want my creative talents to bring me to a level where I can inspire people and help them get through the every day things. My going into theatre and acting and music is providing an escape, not only for me, but especially for those who come to see what I'm putting forth. I just want my talents and drive to inspire others to go for their dreams just as my inspirations did and still do for me.

i enjoy it all, but mostly music and 2d visual art (they sortof balance each other out)....... but, i'd actually call it my weakness. cause i so badly want to keep my art pure from the dirty fingers of capitalism. and i wont go too far with it when its all happening in my room. so i need a different way to get paid. i think i'll teach. that is, fascillitate young minds freedom of expression. hopefully. that is an art in itself... and very admirable. maybe my love of artmaking will takeme there.... whoknows

I've been teaching instrumental music for 17 years now and I really enjoy it. My creative strength is how I combine my joy of music with connectively teaching band and orchestra to my students at such a high, dare I say, spiritual level. The main focus of my spiritual practice is Music. I'd be lost without it.

creating a meaningful funeral or memorial service for grieving people that is totally tailored to the individual who died....you wanna play Merle Haggard songs and pour a Budweiser in the grave? Fine. You want to have your 16 year old tap dancing niece do a dance interpretation of "Single Ladies" after I say a prayer?awesome....You don't want me to mention God once because your dad was really a son of a b*tch? Your wish is my command.

Somewhere in the music industry. But I want it to be an area of the industry with maintained integrity. I'd rather work with an unquenchable passion on music I love, and have to have a side job, than work on a Fergi song where I'm under the whip and make loads of cash.

Ravi Zacharias is an itinerant preacher. The guy also has a brain and a half. That seems like something that would appeal to me: roam the world talking religion and philosophy. Or better yet, i'd like my creativity to take me to a classroom someplace where i can teach history to a bunch of snot-nosed kids for years and years =).

I like to think my strength is photography. I would love to somehow hitch rides with bands and just take pictures of them all day whilst roaming the world with those musical types, ya know? More realistically, I aspire to one day own a music venue up east someplace. Something like Maxwell's in New Jersey would be a dream come true, but then again it would be rad to have something all my own creation.

I've been doing freelance graphic design for a while now and art has always been my passion. I'd like to eventually own my own design firm but have people working alongside me rather than working under me. I also enjoy creative writing and am working on a novel at the moment. I would aslo like to teach art/design or writing and share my passion for these subjects with others.

But I'd do just about anything to live in a big city and to be taking pictures for the rest of my life. I love taking photos of people. It's an insane rush capturing someone in a very random moment.
