If you were a professor of such and such topic and had a desirable number of young minds ready to learn, what topic would you share with them? Where would your classroom be (doesn't have to be inside)?

The topic can be anything; what you're most familiar with, least familiar, what you like or find interesting. You don't even need to be knowledgable on the topic. It does make you wonder though, if teaching or learning a topic is more thrilling (especially if your students enjoy it as much as you do).
