There are BILLIONS of documented people in the world. How do you know the one that you are in closest relationship right now, is "right"? The only possible answer is that the fruits of that relationship repeatedly confirm that it is.
(Of course, that's presuming a healthy vibrant 2-way relationship).
And what if you start becoming worried that you're wrong?
Well, relationship is probably going to fail. Perhaps not so much because it actually was "wrong". But because you failed to recognized just how "right" it was and in the process, pissed it away.

My thought....what does it matter if you're wrong? It seems like everyone says that all the time...but could there possibly be a less relevant question?

If you die and you "find out" that Christianity is wrong, does it mean you were wrong for living your life the way you did, or that you were a bad person? No. If you're an atheist and you find yourself standing and facing judgement, are you going to re-live your life differently? No.
If there's a different god, is he/she really going to hold it against you that you devoted your faith to what you truly believed? Does that seem like a divine characteristic to you?

Rather foolish to be afraid of something which you don't believe. I have been, and am, charitable, understanding, forgiving. If those aren't worth any points, I would be very, very disappointed to find that sort of god did exist. And I would still not worship he/she/it.

Are you asking if I'm worried because I'm not praying to Forseti, Enlil, or Baal, or are you asking if I'm worried that I'm a Christian when maybe I should be a Muslim or a Jew?

I believe there's only one God, but if He/She/It turns out NOT to be what I think He/She/It is, then I think I will be surprised and then deeply disappointed. I expect God to be VERY different from man. If that's not the case, then I give up!

At lease I would have done my best to love everyone and treat them the way I wanted to be treated

No wasted seconds pondering fairy tails or myths.
I honestly believe there is no afterlife, which makes this life ... my life, so much more valuable.

There is only one God and all Gods are that same God. I am willing to be wrong, but right now I am happy as a nightingale in the Garden of Ridvan.

While most of you aren't really giving answers so much as really vague comments, those of you who are answering seem to be saying "I'll never know, so I won't worry about it". If you truly believe that, then why bother with religion at all, since you're probably wrong anyway?

I believe that if there is a higher power, no human description or belief about that power has ever come close to the truth.

If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I'm not really worried about it. My life has been immeasurably enhanced by my beliefs, and that isn't a bad thing.

Well anyone could be wrong about anything. I just don't worry about it. As Dawkins says in the video, we all could be wrong about the Great Juju of the Mountain.
