I was 15, on the beach with with my parents and best friend. I was asked a question, and when I replied, my mother didnt like my answer. She told my my opinion was wrong and cussed me out. I just started running down the beach at a full sprint. It was around midnight and very dark. After about 3/4 a mile, I sat down, cried, and waited for them to catch up and punish me. I'd go forward 3 months to the day my son will be born. This way I can get a sneak peek to make sure he really does turn out healthy and see how I handle the pain, which I am somewhat apprehensive about.

I would go back to the time I saw a white fox with her 3 babies run for shelter to a hole in the ground under a peach tree, when i looked at the tree i seen flowers and bees buzzing around it.. i wish i had went over to the tree to smell the flowers but i was afraid i would scare the fox and her babies, it was a good day...

I would go back to when I was ten, standing in Toys 'R Us, listening to my father tell me he was leaving my mother and I. I wouldn't want to go back to say the things to him that came to mind years later. Instead, I would want to witness the instant that I grew up, the first time cynicism entered me, and see if there was any way it could have been stalled for at least another three years.

I would go back to a day I spent in San Francisco with my mom when I was 7. We ran around the windy bay at one point, collecting dozens of sand dollars as the gusts unveiled hundreds and hundreds of them. It was beautiful...and it would be nice to remember what it was like when I loved and trusted my mom.

I'd like to see the birth of my daughter. She was in distress when she was born, so they just whisked her away without even telling me her sex (this was 22 years ago!). She turned out fine, but I wish I could have seen what they did to make sure she would be okay.

Would love to go back to when I was 16; have a good long chat with myself to get me to invest in property before the turn of the millennium :)

I would go back to the Christmas morning when I got my first Star Wars action figure, circa 1980 (it was Walrus Man, aka Ponda Baba). This was a rite of passage for a lot of boys back then.
