What is your definition of 'war criminal'? By your argument about Kissinger, do you think Calley was not a war criminal? Princeton says all it takes is violation of international law to be a war criminal.

I've only had one seminar in public international law, and its focus was the Bush administration. Why don't you visit your law library? The librarian can help you locate appropriate sources.

For my Cold War History class, a number of us have been chosen to compete in a final in class debate. The winners will receive an automatic "A" for the seminar portion of the class, and will not have to right the final exam.
