Whatever it is, it is symmetrical. It is like one of those ink blots- where you fold the paper and then open it and you have 2 halves that look the same.

This girl seems to be sitting down against a wall thinking about her life. The two faces could possibly represent her two competing personalities. The papers, or objects, cluttered around her show that her life is very unorganized right now and she seems to be thinking of a way to sort it all out.

I can't make out too much from it other than the girls obviously, and maybe what appears to be baphomet with an egyptian head dress, or its just a pissed off looking bull.
