Ever since I was a little girl my father would take me to the JI Case Wetlands. We would go fishing and then go get chilli dogs. When I'm stressed or upset, going there and fishing or just going to the bird observatory there and reading, makes me in complete serenity. :)

Hole 9 at Shaver Park disc golf course. I'm not kidding. A cool summer morning with nothing but me, my discs, and Mother Nature herself. It's my moment of Zen.

So many places to name, as Griz stated.. but a few are Yosemite, Mt. Shasta (another energy vortex), The Grand Canyon, The Rockies, The Tetons, Lake Tahoe and any ocean coastline. They fill me with a sense of awe. I can't help but feel heaven on earth in these places. And that is just the United States..

The side of a river that is right next to a dam in Hendersonville, Tenn. I remember sitting there while it was falling dark, with the lights on the water moving away. Smoking cigarettes with my friends when I was sixteen. Wondering what sex felt like.

The Red Rock country around Sedona, Arizona. I get such amazing vibes from the energy vortexes there. If you've watched a few Western movies you've probably seen some of these majestic and mysterious formations. I was up there a few weeks ago, and I was ready to go back a week later. @JessieFaith ..."Mine is the deserts of the American West. They are stunningly beautiful. Stark. Harsh. Full of life, and a hidden beauty". This is where I live, and you couldn't have said it better.

Ireland. I've never been there, but I'm sure when I do, and I see all that green, I will have one of the most spiritual moments of my life. I feel so strongly connected to that place, it feels as if I'll be missing a piece of myself until I go there. I have Irish ancestry and I'm pretty sure I was an Irish bard in a past life or something because every time I listen to the music, my soul is uplifted. Imagine if I was in Ireland, listening to Irish music.
