... huh, that's a tough one. I think that Michael was really the reason that The Office's been running the way it has been - you know, being his usual Michael self. (for me, the word "Michael" has become an adjective. You can't really describe him in any other way. :D)

So i'm guessing Dwight. With Pam, things would go ... smoothly. And we all know this office has never been much for things going smoothly and without the drama. :D

I think they'll just end the show. What would be the point of going 7 seasons with Steve Carell only to make the final season suck without him. I'd rather they end it on a good note rather than just fulfilling some contracts for the other actors.

Michael Scott is the hub of the wheel that makes the Office work. They should have enough sense to end the series when Carell leaves. If they aren't wise enough to do this, then Andrew Bernard should manage. He's dumb enough. Plus, Michael Scott should make frequent cameo appearances.

I want Dwight to manage then it won't work because it's Dwight and the show will implode due to lack of the genius of Steve Carrell.

I think Creed should but it's going to be Dwight. At the end of last season he bought the building, don't you remember?!
