Loneliness is a feeling, when it comes I evaluate my surroundings and my day to see if I missed something. Often loneliness follows a sense of rejection or negative emotion. However, being alone is different, I love being alone when I'm alone, I don't seek it out but it seems to be a part of life.

However, when I feel loneliness I often try to get to the reason and I have found it always follows some negative contact or information.

I'm alone almost constantly but seldom lonely. In my way of thinking, there is a loneliness that we're supposed to have. I think that character, originality, love and our uniqueness come from there, depending on if it's embraced or stifled. I also get an occasional tear from that loneliness, which is also ok and part of being healthy.

Sometimes I need to be alone. When these times occur, I load up my rifle, grab my tent, and go back in the woods. I have known to be completely lost and nobody know where I am for a week or two during summer.
