I'm sure he's a fantastic director, but I've never really had a desire to see one of his movies. They're just not my type of movie.

Reservoir Dogs was a true masterpiece of writing, direction and acting. I don't think he's come anywhere near it ever since. I find his other work very self-indulgent.

they're pretty damn good, but not as good as most people say they are. i feel like they think they are amazing just because it's a "tarantino film", and not because the true quality of the writing/directing. Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Inglorious Batards, Reservoir Dogs, Sin City... are spectacular films. when you watch one of his movies, you know who's directing it, and i can respect a director like that.
