Do you think its normal for a dog to scream like a human?

My best friend's dog was sitting at the front door and was screaming as if it were a human. It's an inbred Chihuahua and her name is Princess. Do you have any idea what this could be?

I don't think that's normal but every dog barks differently (referring to pitch and inflection). And yes, youtube... definitely.
