Um, well....I can feel the excitement from within me, but as for it manifesting itself in the world around me...then no. I live in the glorious US of A (as do you, probably) where nobody cares. But I absolutely cannot wait for kick-off!!!! Two of my favorite teams, woohoo! USA > England.

Did anyone see that article about some head-of-security douche from South Africa saying that he hopes the US will lose in the first round so they won't have to protect Obama when he comes for a visit? HA! I dunno, found that funny for some reason. Just for that, I hope Mexico and France pummel South Africa. Hey, it's only fun if you passionately root for SOMEBODY. To passively or neutrally watch is no fun. I'd root for France but they broke my heart one too many times. So, I'm going to support the US for as long as they go, or as far as they get. Let the games begin!
