I couldn't get the link to work for me this morning. But, here is my story:
I was in an anthropology class and I constant asked the professor "why?" (why did those people go there? why did they do this/that?". Thinking I had gotten on her nerves after awhile, I apologized for asking so much. She said "That's called education. For me, when you ask 'why' and I don't know the answer, it creates a need in me to find it. and I begin to ask the same question"

WOW! Thanks. I think that I needed to hear that. I'm passing this one on. I do tend to get caught up in the whats and forget to start with the whys. Without emotive investment, why would anyone be interested in a product or service. I should know this from the candy at eye level in every store that I take my kids to.

Oh I thought I dropped in the link but I put the TED link in instead of a Youtube link and I got pulled away.
