Ha... just kidding.
I love Italian. It sounds wonderful. I heard from somewhere that Alighieri played a part in unifying all of the dialects way back when, weeding out all of the unpleasantries and forming the modern Italian language. If that's the case, then I think Italian would win, hands down. Sculpted by one of the most famous poets to ever live... amazing!
That said, all of the romantic languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Romanian) are quite beautiful.
But I do love the versatility and malleability of the English language. You can't beat it when you want to express an idea.

As with a few of you, traigo aprender español. Es una lengua más hermosa. However, for pure utility, I must agree with flash. English is the most useful and expressive, aside from being the de facto universal language.

many people say French is the most mellifluous language, and that may be, but I nominate Italian because of the operas. Puccini and Verdi had some very lovely Italian going on. I also love the sound of Irish as well as the sound of Irish people speaking English.

I find the language between a baby and its mother to be most beautiful....the language that takes place before the baby has learned to speak actual words.

Body language. More specifically, the way children are born able to read signs in our faces, the way we're sitting, whatever, and know something's wrong, that i need a hug, that what they're doing is wrong, or silly, or sweet. Unspoken communication. Beautiful.
