I like being able to really think before i answer. other networks FB, and the like you say what you are thinking right away. and other websites aren't just a bunch of questions. i like things , and i like being apart of things tht are original.

hi all,
this feedback is great. i'll definitely be taking it all back to our hardworking SP content team. i would love to hear ideas and thoughts about how we can make the SP exclusives more engaging for the community.

Yes I also like Life's Little Lists a lot. As well as the Collective. And the backgrounds, favorite one being the beets. However, one thing I do wish is that there would be a section on the profile for putting whether you are male or female. I like to know whether Im talking to a boy or a girl. I dont know why, and profile pics/screen names dont always give it away. And Id feel weird saying 'so are you a girl?' And if people didnt want you to know, they could have the option of not answering on the profile. I do miss the big pictures though. I liked being brought in by a big pretty picture to illustrate the topic.

I'll have to check out the Exclusives. I'm new but not shy. I stay away from some of the age old debates in Collective because I'm just tired of some of that stuff, for me personally. It's great for those interested.

I quite like the exclusives. I find they usually supply the most interesting and thought provoking pancakes.

My favorite part is easily the question collective. Its raw, and real.

but i spend most of my time in the collective when i'm on the site. not because the Exclusives are worse. there is simply more to choose from. i go to sleep and wake up to find at least 20-25 new collective questions. mind you, they're not all quality questions. but there's some good stuff if you can sift through the other stuff.

Jeez, clearly I can't complain about the bad spellers if I'm omitting whole words.

The Exclusives tend to require more reading and thinking than a lot of the Collective questions, and sometimes I am lazy. Or maybe it's more that I need a more specific question than what they're giving me. But I like that they have a picture and sometimes a story or a video, so I am likely to at least give them a look.

Whereas with the Collective questions I ignore 80% of them because some of them just plain dumb, uninteresting, and/or or spelled wrong. (Unfortunately sometimes I answer the dumb ones because I am just so annoyed.) However, some of them are more specific than the Exclusives, and therefore easier to answer. Often they hit on more controversial topics.
I liked the recent Exclusive about organ donation (aside from the rather nauseating visual) because that was clear, specific, rooted in the real world, and controversial, although not too bitterly so. It's good to see a few of those amongst the "If you were a tree, what kind would you be?" type of questions. (Which are fun too!)
Also, people tend to like to be asked questions of themselves.

The Collective definitely is more interesting to me too...I don't know, less formality maybe. The SP exclusives are often long-winded, I often don't bother reading the whole spiel. Keep it simpler maybe and more postive. I did like the idea of uploading pictures for example in Take A Closer Look. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see the new stuff :)

I love the Collective. It feels friendly, like you can go there and share your opinion.

The SP Exclusives feel a bit. . . formal? Plus, the questions lately haven't interested me as much.
