I'm still a kid, I'll always be a kid, I don't want the kid in me to slip away. Never ever, it's the innocence and imagination that makes this world worth leaving, If I grow up...I'll grow up to be a nihilist, so this kid ain't going no where.

My daughter.
Who is now 18.
She and I laugh and banter
in such a silly hilarious way....
It lightens me.
She is such a gift to me.
All of my children make me laugh
like no one else can.
She and I though, it's a special thing I think.
Also a friend of mine, Dave,
he makes me laugh like no other.
He is just quick witted and it's fun.
I think any laughter is the key for me.

My youngest grandson, who is going-on-4. Hide-and-seek, swings, feeding the ducks, splashing the puddles, snowballing his parents, making faces and sticking out our tongues.

Making tollhouse cookies - but I can't stand the dough, only the fresh-from-the-over-ouch-that-hurts kind. I used to have to make a septuple batch to get two batches into the cookie tins - my kids always had a raft of friends at our place.
Puppies and kittens - ah, shoot - baby anythings.

Cartoons, and a lot of different smells will just hit me and bring me back. Usually good ones! Oh and those tiny purple and white flowers that grow in the grass, I guess they're weeds, but I used to spend hours picking them when I was little.

oh love, that giggle, wiggle, first drop of love, when love bite me at a tender age, there was no text or cell to reach out and be touched. but love has nibble my heart once more. and to hear the ping, his ring tone in the air. brings back the school girl dance across the floor. the lifts heart, the hope that is as soft p***y willow in bloom in March. the warmth of first spring light, the crisp of the last snows melt. it is all here in my mind and heart... that child of love and hope. for he may not see or understand that in this body is an ageless love that knows no years between us. that can stand......

*sigh* yes, swing sets. I remember this time when I was at a con with my youth group, and we all played on the playground for an hour. We took up all the swings, so the *real* little kids didn't get to use them haha
