Some things need to slowly simmer without removing the lid. Others need to be stirred to keep from sticking.

Hey guys! I just saw the craziest thing in the parking lot on my way in. This crazy guy runs out of the Soul Pancake building ranting loud and incoherently and then he looks right at me and get this, he looks just like Obama but he's wearing makeup like the Joker! Isn't that crazy? Anyways, he looks right at me, and shouts "HE WILL BE BACK!!!!1one" and then broke off into a full sprint into the alley.
