A! I grew up always having the toilet paper set up that way and I just got used to it. It is just automatic for me to set it up that way. I don't like the other way for some reason since I am just not use to it. If I see toilet paper anywhere set up in B position, I will actually take the toilet paper out and put it into A position.

My mother was adamant about "A". She never explained why but that was the way it HAD to be. I do "B" for obvious reasons. Having had experience with both, I would say there is no real difference. And a cat can unravel it both ways.

I like mine to go A, Reason being people don't have to touch the bottom of the roll with their disgusting hands.

small children and pets: A everyone else: B and if you live with roommates, it doesn't matter whether it's A or B, you're just happy when you look over, that it's there in the first place.
