If my family were attacked by marauders I would gladly die in exchange for the pleasure of interrupting at least two of them with my .357 (I'm a little ashamed but it's true)

My beliefs, my friends, family, probably my country, maybe someone I don't even know. I know the first three are accurate, not sure about the last two.

Perhaps, the question should be 'For what, would you like to think you would die?'. Not many of us have faced such a situation. Just being a soldier is not enough. Most soldier's live. Also, making the noble, or ignoble, choice one time, doesn't mean you will always make the same choice. See 'The Red Badge of Courage.'

Well, I would die for my thoughts and beliefs, frankly. Those are the only real things I would never give up in life.
