Things I Love? A clean house, candles, rain storms, walking on the beach, the smoky mountains, listening to music, writing, Gardening, Cooking, Thanksgiving dinner, fireplace in winter, peace and quiet, listening to water sounds. Just people doing what they love. Happiness is priceless!

Everything must come at the expense of something else. Especially happiness. Nothing is ever 'cost free.' That's just the way the universe works. That being said, here's some things that make me happy: ~early morning pranayama (breathing exercises) ~making and eating really good food for and with wonderful people ~thought-provoking discourse about abstract stuff ~learning something new ~Sitting next to a warm fire in late autumn ~being out in nature **And if and oly if you're feeling particularly juvenile, you can add the phrase 'during sex' to the end of each of those happiness-inducing activities... and it'd magically transform into happiness squared. Bwaahaa!

Knowing that someone out there loves me for who I am. My family, friends, and girlfriend. Knowing that every move I make makes my family proud.
