Stressed, because being bored one can get lost in their own mind, but stressed, you cant get lost anywhere, you need to make it work.

the only people with no stress are in the graveyard - its what makes life interesting... boredom doesn't really exist in some ways - its just the down time or frustration of not knowing where you are going to go next.. a necessary place for some...

Both are pretty bad physically. Stress is an obvious killer, and we know its dangers. Boredom is a little sneakier. When bored, the brain loses stimulation. Sustained lack of stimulation over time can cause synapses related to happiness to stop functioning, leading to depression. Depression, we also know is a pretty big killer. The most unpleasant for me personally is stress because it triggers fibromayalgia pain (which can also be linked to depression).

I don't believe in boredom... Honestly. I don't see how anyone could ever be bored. So, I guess being stressed. Lol

Definately worse to be bored... Stress is a part of life, it's just how you deal with it that counts. Being bored is your own fault! boredom comes from an idle mind and not much good happens with an idle mind. Challenge yourself and you should never be bored. More stressed maybe, but not bored.

You look somewhat bored. But I rather be bored a million times over than to be stressed. So keep doing what your doing, better to look the way you do than to have the face of having gone through hell. Great picture!

I'm not sure, I think the relief is a great reward when you become unstressed. And you can look back and say "man that sucked, glad it's over". But I'm rarely ever bored, there's always sleep.

Not sure. Boredom is understimulation and being stressed is from overstimulation. I guess it's better to be bored, because you can always think of something to do. If someone can't get un-bored then there's a problem. Also, boredom isn't stressful, so that's a plus.

But boredom causes your mind to go idle and stress can at least motivate you into a process of thought.
