What Are You Grateful For?

I think it’s so important to take time out each day to express in thought or words what we are grateful for. I attend a weekly class where this is one of our exercises. The first few weeks were easy enough; come up with three things you’re grateful for. Each week got more difficult, since you couldn’t repeat one. Then you start to look at gratitude in a different way. It starts out being physical, easily definable things, which is OK, but then you move to the more intangible and even sublime things…...So, what’s your definition of gratitude, and list three things (more if you want) you’re grateful for.
