Depends on how much resistance your immune system has built up. Some strains are more catchable than others, natch.

while i agree with the premise - out actions shape our world - so kindness is contagious.. and i think it is a great challenge... however, i prefer not to let my right hand know what my left hand is doing... let alone post it online ;-)

Everyone has shared very beautiful thoughts on kindness but what about the action part? Wouldn't it be wonderful if people shared their actual experiences. So far my friend eclipsia is the only one. It doesn't have to be anything huge. I'll start: I washed the floors at work yesterday. It's not my job. No one saw me do it and I told no one about it.

Kindness is absolutely contagious. I lead my department at work in kindness, and it's the best department to work in because we are all so good to each other.

I love doing things out of kindness and the amazing feeling it gives me. Like opening the door for an elderly person at the store. Letting someone go in front of me at the cashier. I think if we all did more kind things, just because, we would live in a much friendlier world.

For sure it is! You do something kind to someone what are they going to do back to you? Sure thing kindness is contagious they'll send it spinning like a chain reaction to the world. As well you never know how your kindness may affect someone else s life, it may just brighten up their day and maybe they'll remember you being kind to them and use that example of you being kind and tell a friend. Isn't it just great?

Kindness is contagious! And the most intriguing part is that we never will know just how much because every kind act will result in more acts of kindness and so on...Holding the door for someone, saying hello and/or goodbye when walking into or our of a room, sharing a smile with someone, lending a hand when we see someone upset...kindness need not be visible or audible by others, it just needs to be heartfelt for it to take off!

Kindess is more contagious than the flu. Just smile as you pass someone on the street, say hello to a stranger. Let another person get on the train before you. Hold a door open for someone. This makes you feel good and hopefully them as well.

Oh yeah man! I always forward those emails that say..."God loves you (or similar). Now forward this to 10 of your friends and something good will happen to you today"? But nothing good ever happens. :-)
